You can choose one of two options:
A One-off session
A single, laser-focused session to explore your self-doubt around a specific issue, dilemma or challenge in one area of your life and take your first-step forward from a place of increased clarity.
This one-off session 90 min. session is best if you are currently facing a decision, a dilemma, or a challenge that keeps you stuck in an unhealthy mental loop, unable to move forward.
You will untangle your current protective self-doubt story and plant seeds of self-belief by taking your first courage-based action step.
The Clarity session includes:
Pre-session reflective questionnaire for clarity and intention-setting
One-off 90 min. coaching zoom call
Follow-up session notes for further reflection, incl. next-steps to build momentum
Self-reflection worksheet to capture session insights (optional)
Follow-up 30 min. zoom session, 2-4 weeks later to check in with your progress and cheer you on!
A Cycle of sessions
A cycle of 6-12 sessions over 3-6 months to explore in depth protective behavioural patterns such as perfectionism, stuckness, people-pleasing, procrastination and resistance, all stemming from self-doubt. Expand your sense of what is possible when you transform your self-doubt into solid self-belief by aligning your thoughts, emotions and everyday actions.
In this longer-term coaching container we will take a closer look at your hard-wired self-doubt stories and protective patterns of behaviour that hold you back from experiencing life with clarity, ease and courage.
You will cultivate self-compassion, self-acceptance and self-trust and fully own your self-worth as you navigate life’s challenges, big or small, with increased self-trust and self-belief.
The Deep Dive sessions include:
Pre-session reflective questionnaire for clarity and intention-setting
6 or 12 X 60 min. zoom calls every other week, over a period of 3-6 months
Follow-up session notes for further reflection, incl. next-steps to build momentum
Self-reflection worksheets in-between sessions to capture session insights and keep track of coaching progress
A half-day of Voxer** support half-way through the cycle for gentle, ongoing accountability
A toolbox of evidence-based, practical coaching tools and tips to support your growth along the process
A 30 min follow-up check-in zoom session, 4-8 weeks after coaching cycle ends to check in with your meta-coaching progress and celebrate your growth trajectory!

Let’s start with the basics: what is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership of two experts – you, as the expert in your life and me, as the expert in the coaching process, both of us working toward increasing your self-awareness and growing inner resources to move forward in life and thrive, both personally and professionally.
Transformational Coaching, as opposed to Transactional Coaching which is a more solution-focused, performance improvement, goal-driven and action-oriented, surface level approach, goes beyond the doing level into the being level. Transformational Coaching drops below the surface, going deeper, exploring your strengths, values, purpose and identity, the driving forces behind your behaviours and actions. Transformational coaching ultimately aligns who you are at your core with what you do.
Self-belief coaching falls under the realm of transformational coaching. Self-belief coaching helps you understand who you are beneath your self-doubt by untangling the inner narratives and protective beliefs that keep you stuck in behaviours such as perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing or paralysis-analysis. Self-belief coaching helps you understand the root causes of your self-doubt resulting from social conditioning and transforms it into solid self-belief by cultivating key inner resources such as self-trust, self-acceptance and self-worth.

I incorporate into my coaching practice elements of mindfulness, positive psychology, non-violent communication, compassion, traum-informed coaching, existential coaching as well as somatic coaching for a more holistic and embodied experience of coaching.

First, we connect online via Zoom for a 20 minute complimentary call to see if we are a good match and confirm that Trasformational Self-belief Coaching is the optinal intervention for your current needs, and then take it from there. Depending on the coaching container you choose, we will work together for a single session or a period ranging from 3 to 6 months.
Micro-shifts will happen early on as we work from the inside out, exploring your inner narratives and protective beliefs around self-doubt, and supporting the growth of key inner resources such as self-trust and self-belief that ultimately translate into tangible results.
Be aware that building and maintaining momentum requires time and committed effort from your part and so does experimenting with new habits and behaviours.
Coaching is a life-enhancing investment. You are paying me for inner shifts and outward results, not number or hours of sessions.

Coaching differs from other helping professions such as training, mentoring, consulting, counselling and therapy.
In coaching, the focus is on the present and the current challenges you are experiencing, personal or professional, in life, with an eye on the future you aspire to create for yourself. The expert in your life is you and I do not offer you ready-made solutions or expert advice.
As a coach my responsibility is to create the optimal conditions and reflective space for you to explore your current challenges through the lens of self-doubt and support you in moving forward from a place of self-belief and self-trust, with clarity, compassion and courage-based action.
Whereas Transformational Self-belief Coaching can be healing and therapeutic as a process, as it helps expand self-awareness and become more resourced to move forward, it is neither therapy nor counseling. Under the right professional conditions, coaching can work effectively alongside with therapy.
When major, chronic emotional and psychological issues and events of the past have not though been adequately addressed and resolved by working with a mental health professional, these issues will interfere with the effectiveness of coaching.
If you feel emotionally, mentally and physically challenged to the point that your mood and state is seriously interfering with your everyday ability to function optimally, I strongly urge you to seek out help in the form of a mental health professional
