Account Creation

In order to use the Service and purchase/use/access Our Offerings You may be required to provide information about yourself, including but not limited to your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to the Service/the Company will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. Purchases/Payments/Refunds

These Terms govern and define how You are allowed to use and access the Company’s Offerings. Purschases of Our Offerings are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal. By utilizing any of these payment processors to gain access to the Offering, You indemnify Us and instead assume any and all risk or liability for the security of the payment details, and agree to be bound by the third-party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use. It is Your responsibility to secure Your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these Terms.

By providing the Service/Company with Your preferred payment method for any of Our Offerings, You represent that you: (i) are authorized to use, and (ii) authorize the Company to charge that payment method (the “Authorized Payment Method”) for any fees related to your purchase of the Offerings, including without limitation fees relating to any paid feature of the Website and/or subscription service of the Company in which you have chosen to enroll (collectively, the “Fees”). If you are taking advantage of any limited time trial-period offer and you do not cancel the service on or before the last day of the trial period, You are authorizing us to charge your payment method for the service.

Unless otherwise indicated, all Fees for any purchase are in EUROS (€)

We take Your investment seriously, and We’d appreciate if You took Our investment of time and resources into Your success seriously, too.

Due to the nature of the Offerings (services and/or products) provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing. We do not, under any circumstances, offer refunds for a change of mind or change of circumstance. Therefore, it is in Your interest to carefully review the Offerings, contact us with any questions, and ensure the Offerings are suitable for Your needs before purchasing.

Specifically for digital products, due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

In addition, no modifications to your purchases will be granted once your purchases are made.

We may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, limited time offers, and/or bonuses (“Promotions”) to You. You are entitled to take advantage of any active Promotions when you purchase our Offerings. We reserve the right to change or alter any Promotions at any time and at our sole discretion. If you made a purchase of our Offerings prior to any associated Promotions, We are unable to honor the new offer.

For one-to-one private coaching sessions, deposits paid to secure coaching services are non-refundable. Payments for one-off sessions are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, design, features, logo and functionality as well as the Offerings’ unique combination of content, structure, system, presentation and delivery style, and any derivative works thereof, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors and may not be duplicated, copied, reproduced, tweaked, modified, published, shared, distributed, reverse-engineered, or displayed in any form without the prior written permission of the Company. The Service and all its Offerings are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Greece and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any of Our Offerings (product or service) without the prior written consent of the Company.
