Paying attention, with intention and loving-kindness to the present moment.
Welcoming it all. Sensations. Emotions. Thoughts.
Sending none of it away.
Instead, being curious, open and kind to your moment-to-moment experience.
Just being.
Not doing.
Distractions will come. Notice them. Welcome them.
And then, let them drift away. Like passing clouds.
Choose to focus on your breath (it’s always there for you!) to gently bring back your attention to the present whenever your mind wanders.
Just breathe.
Be mindful.
Live your days being in the moment, every single moment.
Choose to be wiser.
